Start with state programmes: the Entrepreneurship Development Fund lends for investment projects at 8%, and Agriculture Financing-13 lends to farmers at 6–10%, while the market rate is 17–24%. Applications go through a partner bank, so prepare your business plan and financials in advance. For business accounts, count the full annual cost including payment orders and acquiring rather than the monthly fee — at 100 payments a month, a KGS 490 plan turns out cheaper than a 'free' one.
