How to register a business via Tunduk

Prepare documents
Passport, TIN, address. For an LLC — charter, founders' resolution and director details.

On the Tunduk portal or at a service centre: sole traders are registered by the Tax Service, LLCs by the Ministry of Justice via one-stop shop.

Get the certificate
Sole trader — same day, LLC — 1–3 days. You are simultaneously registered with the Tax Service and Social Fund.

Patent, single tax 2–6% or the general regime with VAT — file a notice within 30 days.
